"He makes me want to know about little things, so that I can teach him. Like when we sit by this lake, I wish I knew what kind of turtle that was, so I could tell him. And I want to figure out what kind of duck that is, so I can tell him all about it the next time we come."
"What do you want most for him?"
"Whatever his dreams are, I’m down to ride for him."
"What’s your biggest fear for him?"
"That he won’t try. If he doesn’t try, I’ll be hurt. Cause then we’ll never know how far he’d get."

Two MSU basketball players raped a woman in the dorms then one admitted to it. Their only consequence was that they had to move out of the dorms. This picture is of me and one other woman holding up this banner during Midnight Madness. Two other brave souls had a banner on the other side for a while before some jerk started playing tug or war with them over it. This was taken before we got booed at by 10,000 people and police escorted from the stadium.

How screwed up are people to boo at this?

Let’s keep reposting this. Rapists should be charged.

how is sport more important than the lives of women?
like honestly baffling.

Why wasn’t at least the rapist who confessed arrested? You confess to the crime, you do the time…?

Dean, you DO realize this was why tere were so many rumors of a relationship between you two during the run of the show (whether or not those are true are not is moot IMO).

“I was the first female captain to walk onto the bridge of a starship and issue the signature command, “Engage.” I was also the first captain to have more than seven hairdos within a season, a corset sewn into her space suit, and a bra that resembled an alien species. I was puffed and shorn and stuffed and lit and scrutinized by every executive on the lot. I was criticized and cajoled, alternatively patronized and petted. It’s as if they had all gone out of their way to find this exotic animal who could, in fact, walk and talk and act at the same time, and yet when she appeared on deck, they were stunned to discover that under that feline coat was, God help us, a feline.”
